Internship and Placement

IBA operates a Placement Office for the benefit of its graduates and their prospective employers. The placement office arranges interviews of the graduates with prospective employers. The office maintains records of the current students and alumni of IBA and these records are made available to prospective employers.

The Placement Office publishes an annual profile of graduating students and makes it available to all prospective employers and the graduates. The response from employers has always been encouraging and all IBA graduates find suitable and well paid employment immediately after their graduation. BBA graduates have been employed in various positions in banking, finance, marketing, personnel, general management and other areas of management. They are normally employed with relatively higher initial salaries in multinational companies, private local companies and NGOs.

The Placement Office also manages the Internship Program.
