Elective courses
A student will be required to choose four elective courses to concentrate in a specific area. An elective is offered, subject to the availability of faculty, if a minimum of six students signs up for a course. However, the Academic Committee on the basis of faculty availability and number of applicants decides the offering of an elective course in a semester. The students in consultation with the Area Coordinator of the concerned area, if applicable to an area of concentration, will choose the optional elective courses.
